8 ways to stop overthinking - Healthythoughts

Are you thinking too much about something and getting depressed ? 

Well, these days overthinking is becoming a part of our daily routine. we think too much before saying and doing anything, thinking before saying is obviously good but overthinking it, not a good idea I say.
now the question is "what are the reasons behind overthinking ?"
so, the main reasons related to overthinking are : 
1- too much attachment to only one thing/person, it depends on the conditions, everyone is unique in one and another way.
2- thinking about the consequences (what will happen if i do this ? ) and all this kind of stuff.
3- finding yourself alone.
4- not satisfy with what you have.

and there are many other reasons too.

there comes a time in life when everyone faces these conditions, so don't feel bad about it.
how you deal with it ?, that's the main thing.

not to say much now let's take a look on how can we stop overthinking or overcome it.
there are some simple ways to do it. and you can start it any time you want.
so let's start

first of all figure out what is that, you keep on thinking about ? got this
take some time and think but don't overthink, right
and try to stop it by doing something new or try to stay away form this.

and these are the 8 ways to keep yourself away from all of this.

1- start to go new places.

going to new places will help you in distracting from overthinking. when you go to somewhere new, the attachment to old things start to reduce. keeping yourself away from the things that bothers you will definitely help you.
2- meet new people.

when you get there you meet new people. they are new to you, make them friends hangout with them. try to seek knowledge, you will love it.
3- do some activities.

be active, play games, learn new sport whatever interest you do so. don't stuck to one place, go move to new direction.
4- hit the gym.

through gym you can release the negative energy from your body, exercising is the best thing you can do to your body and for mental fitness too. gym helps you in other problems too like recovering form a physical weakness.
5- go find something new.

world is full of wonders, fill your area of interest with the knowledge of other things, what amazes you go find it, explore it.
6- read books, novels.

read books or novels when you have time, figure out the point of views that the writers have, maybe you get something that belongs to you or relate you in a situation. understand the conclusions, learn from them.
7- appreciate music.

whenever you feel sad or tired, listen to music, music has no language it is the understanding of the emotions, change your mood by listening music. listen happy songs that gives you good vibes.
8- give time to important things.

first things first, give time to the things that really matters ton you. having problems, solve them be attentive. don't drown in any condition by overthinking, seek guidance if needed.
spending time with family and friends will help you the most.


going to new places and meeting new people will help you in this.and don't forget to have fun 
live life in your way, live in the moment.
hangout with friends often,  
don't let anything consume you,.
you can stop overthinking any time it may take a while, but wont take forever.
keep on smiling, face your problems with a positive attitude. bad times don't stay long so don't stuck in this. good things are waiting for you, 
yes for you :)
think about the opportunities that you can have and grab them.
learn something, play a instrument and enjoy :)
